MoleculeX software is intended to be easy to buy and easy to use. Licence tiers separate personal/internal planning, paid client analysis and internal team use.

MoleculeX software is supplied under the MoleculeX brand by MoleculeX (Pty) Ltd.

Individual licence

Designed for one named user using the software for internal business, study, planning or evaluation. Generated outputs can be used in the user's own internal projects. The software package itself may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed or publicly hosted.

Commercial / consultant licence

Designed for one legal entity using the software to perform paid analysis for its own clients. Client-facing reports and outputs are permitted, while the software package itself remains non-transferable and may not be delivered or white-labelled.

Team / company licence

Designed for internal use across a defined team in one legal entity, subject to the purchased team or seat terms. It does not grant redistribution, public hosting or OEM embedding rights.

OEM, white-label or redistribution

Those rights are not included in standard licences. They require a separate written licence because they change the commercial value and support profile of the software.

Support boundary

Standard digital-product licences do not include custom engineering, implementation, project-specific validation or consulting. Documentation and self-service guidance are included with the product.
